As a general rule, I'm pretty much over button-down chiffon tops. BUT...for some reason, this one spoke to me! And what's even more strange is that I am NOT a fan of polka dots AT ALL! Why is this top so cute to me? I think I'm just going to have to accept this strange occurrence and keep it movin'!
